Main Mahjong Yuk! is operated by PT Bahtera Solusi Digital ("we"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP).

Data we collect

Guest ID: a random code created the first time you open the app.
Nickname you choose.
Google ID and email, only if you link a Google account.
Game records: history, scores, ratings, badges, lesson and puzzle progress.
Table chat: kept temporarily and used only when someone reports a violation.
IP address: for rate limiting and fair play.
Push subscriptions, if you allow notifications.
Birth year for the age gate.

Voice chat is never recorded. Audio goes directly between players and is not stored on our servers.

How we use data

To run games, rooms, ranked play and sync between devices.
Moderation and fair play (preventing cheating, spam and harassment).
Sending notifications you asked for.
Improving the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Account data and game records: while your account is active.
Reported chat: until the report is resolved, at most 180 days.
IP logs: at most 30 days.
Guest accounts inactive for 12 months may be deleted.

Your rights (UU PDP)

Access: see your data in Profile and Settings.
Export: download a copy of your data from Settings.
Delete: delete your account from Settings. Data is permanently removed except where the law requires us to keep it.
Correct: change your nickname at any time.
Withdraw consent: turn off notifications or unlink Google at any time.

Children

We follow Government Regulation No. 17 of 2025 (PP TUNAS) on child protection online. We ask for your birth year at sign-up. Users under the set age need parental consent, and social features such as chat and voice may be limited.

No gambling

Main Mahjong Yuk! is a skill game for entertainment. There are no real-money stakes and no cash-out. Points and ratings have no monetary value.
